wine that gives a damn
at don’t tell mum, our ethos is pretty simple: do good, give back and don’t overcomplicate it. working on the land, its very important to us that we can see our impact, and make sure its meaningful. when we launched, we made the call to commit 10% of our profits to local, grassroots revegetation projects right here in mclaren vale. no big abstract initiatives. no box ticking. just real, hands on projects that help to restore and protect the land were lucky enough to work on. your support helps remove invasive species, plant native trees, and boost biodiversity in our own backyard. every bottle of DTM you crack is an easy way to give back while you kick back.
donating is one thing but were big believers in getting our hands dirty too. there’s nothing like an arvo spent away from our desks, shovels in hand, doing something that really makes a difference. last week, the crew knocked off early to help mulch one of our revegetation sites. it was dusty, sweaty work, but it keeps the weeds down and sets the site up perfectly for the next big planting day with our friends at biodiversity mclaren vale. sore arms and a bit of sunburn (oops) – worth it. days like these are a great way for us to connect with the region, and for the team to get out and do something different. plus, its the perfect excuse for a few chilled glasses of don’t tell mum once the tools are down.
we want to make sure future generations can enjoy the beauty of mclaren vale as much as we do. many hands really do make light work, so if you’re keen join our next tree-planting day and get a bit muddy with us, keep an eye on our socials for the details. we’d love to have ya.
cheers to that!
